Dining Room

The school is equipped with a spacious dining room with its own kitchen.
Menus are prepared daily in our facilities by Scolarest professionals, following nutritionists’ guidelines.

Nutritional Policy

Scolarest offers specially design restoration services for diners from infantile centres, primary and secondary schools, universities’ canteen and halls and education centres for the elderly. It aims to recreate the concept of “dining like at home”, meeting a pleasant environment with the warm hospitality of our staff.

We are specialists in educational centres’ dining management, providing in-situ restoration, preparing and transporting from our Central Kitchens.

The most important thing to Scolarest is feeding the school body with quality products in a varied set of recipes. In addition, a nutritionally balanced menu design, which matches the age and needs of the diner, is essential. This is the purpose that our quality and nutrition department follows when designing menus.

As leaders in the food sector, we buy our produce with an annually turnover of over 120 million euros. We prioritize supplying from local producers that, along with the innovation and development plans (I+D+i), drive the economic and social growth of the area.

We offer our restoration services with or without assistants. Our assistants are specifically trained and they plan their work in tight collaboration with each centre. Furthermore, we provide other auxiliary services such as cleaning, reception and maintenance.

The Gastronomic Animation Plan is based on healthy menus, of celebratory, local and sustainable nature and aims to break from routine and broadening horizons.

The substantial changes in family and society made us develop our own philosophy based on the concepts EAT, LEARN, LIVE.

Special Menus:
Our kitchen staff prepares adapted menus, for people with allergies, intolerances, coeliac, vegetarians and those who, for cultural or religious reason, cannot eat pork or beef.

On the 1st of each month, parents will receive the monthly calendar menu.
