Dear Parents:

With great enthusiasm, we created this space to support families so that they can successfully develop their educational functions and overcome situations of need or doubt.

Understanding that family and school are key for the full development of our children and that establishing a partnership between the two becomes necessary, we will share with you information, tools and resources to strengthen our work.

We hope to help them in their exciting, but also complex, task of educating.

Coordination between the school and the family is central to the development of children, so our relationship with parents is cordial and smooth.

The first day, parents accompany their children for their time at the centre. Depending on the adaptation of each one, the paternal / maternal presence will decrease until the child in able to stay throughout his/her entire day happy and on his/her own.

The entrance is progressive and individualized from 7: 45h to 10h. There is direct contact with the parents to facilitate communication between the centre and families.

We have personal agendas in which it is recorded daily how the child eats, how much he/she sleeps, the times he/she uses the toilet, … and any relevant event occurred throughout the day. It is a very useful tool for parents because they can also use it daily to communicate with their child’s teacher.

We also have the centre management platform, Clickedu, through which parents can directly access certain information about their children such as absences, test scores, homework, educational resources, etc. (to access you should order your account and password in the secretariat)

If, despite this daily communication, the parents need more information or more specifications, they can request a personal meeting.

The procedure is to have a first meeting with the tutor, if this was not enough, there will be another meeting with the coordinator of the course and ultimately they may ask for an appointment with the Directorate.

Tutorials: we recommend that parents try to meet once a month with the tutor of their children (the meetings are requested in the secretariat).
